This role is the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. It functions as both a partner, and a resource, to our customers, our sales staff, and our technical staff. Key Responsibilities
- Learn and fully understand the USA Insulation product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Manage and distribute sales leads from all sources.
- Immediately contact leads with the goal of:
- establishing a pleasant, always respectful rapport with the prospect.
- following the USA Insulation script for qualifying prospects, with the end goal of scheduling an in-home consultation with a USA Insulation Energy Consultant.
- Document all activity in the company CRM.
- Follow up communication with customers to assure satisfaction and gain positive reviews on Social Media platforms.
- Work closely with the sales team and technical team to ensure timely execution.
- Manage the company job board and scheduling calendar.
- Manage the office.
- Provide support to the General Manager, as requested.
- A positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities is a must.
- Proven sales and/or customer service success.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience using a CRM.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple projects.
