```Duties```
- Lead fitness classes and provide instruction to participants in various fitness disciplines such as CrossFit, Kickboxing, Pilates, and cycling
- Create and implement effective workout routines that cater to different fitness levels and goals
- Ensure the safety of participants by demonstrating proper form and technique
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals
- Provide guidance and support to individuals during group fitness sessions
- Educate participants on the benefits of exercise and healthy lifestyle choices
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer is preferred
- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy to understand the body's response to exercise
- Familiarity with various fitness disciplines such as CrossFit, Kickboxing, Pilates, and cycling
- Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate participants
- Sales experience in promoting fitness programs or memberships is a plus
