Role Overview: The IT Leadership Development Program (ITLDP) is a 24-month program designed with the new IT professional in mind, which will consist of three 8-month rotations across various facets of our IT Team. Specific responsibilities will vary depending on current rotation but will include a subset of IT activities to include roles in Service, Analyst, and Developer. Rotation examples could include, Advanced Technology, Information Security, Data & Analytics, Cloud Architecture, Corporate Functions, Commercial IT, and more. Participants in this Program may be required to work onsite or remotely. We offer a competitive benefits and salary package. Responsibilities: Works closely with managers to complete assigned tasks Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met Liaise with other IT functions to meet objectives Build relationships with key IT staff Present project or job learnings to senior leadership at the close of each rotation Provide input and perspective of new ways / new ideas to improve outcomes Location: Andover, MA Education: Education or experience in IT, Engineering or Technology Have previously graduated or graduating in May of 2022 Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience with project work Internship or Co-op experience preferred Competences: Strong digital skills, exposure to digital technologies, enthusiasm to learn and sharing of ideas A dynamic and assertive individual with good written and oral communication skills and presentation skills Understanding of any programming language Independent thinking and the ability to work well within a team is required Problem-solving and decision-making attitude and aptitude Must be able to connect effectively with cross-functional teams and drive tasks to completion Ability and aptitude to learn, assess technical issues, develop solutions utilizing an analytical approach to problem solving Requires the ability to manage deadlines, assigned tasks, rapidly changing technology Program Completion: Upon the successful completion of the ITLDP, each participant will assume a role at S N based on the IT needs and agreed preferences at the time.
