Reports to : Human Resources Director
Purpose :
The recruiter will partner with department managers to learn about job descriptions and specific needs to implement recruiting strategies, source and identify qualified applicants while creating a talent pipeline for future needs that may arise. This position will recruit for all levels of the organization including providers, nursing and administrative roles.
Recruitment Expectations :
Utilize traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods to include social media, networking, college recruitment, online advertising, community outreach and relationships.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 5 years of previous healthcare recruitment experience
Cold calling and sourcing experience at all levels of healthcare recruitment with excellent follow up skills
Computer skills to include applicant tracking systems, MS Office
Excellent organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
