Key Responsibilities
- Health Benefit and Claim Assistance: Provide timely and accurate support to clients regarding their health benefits and claims
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Communication and Coordination: Effectively communicate with clients, employees, insurance carriers, and department personnel to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of client needs
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Professional Demeanor: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, ensuring excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all aspects of the role
