What You’ll Do
Step into a role where your knowledge makes a direct impact. You’ll work closely with clients and the IRS to resolve complex tax matters and protect clients from aggressive collection efforts. Your day-to-day will include:
- Calling the IRS to complete investigations and request account transcripts, wage and income reports
- Communicating with the IRS via phone and fax
- Negotiating with the IRS to release wage garnishments and bank levies
- Preparing and analyzing financials to determine the best resolution strategy
- Preparing and filing Offers in Compromise, CNC, Partial Pay Installment Agreements, Lien Releases, Lien Subordinations, Audit Reconsiderations, and more
What We’re Looking For
- Active Enrolled Agent license with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- In-depth understanding of IRS Fresh Start Programs and tax resolution strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing a large pipeline
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
