- Coach & Train Like a Pro – Lead engaging sales training sessions on IRS Fresh Start Programs, TI Process, Logics CRM, and top-tier sales techniques.
- Supercharge Performance – Inspire your team with hands-on coaching to maximize close rates and elevate their sales game.
- CRM Mastery – Teach agents how to dominate Logics CRM, making client interactions seamless and efficient.
- Host Workshops & Seminars – Bring your A-game to energizing group sessions focused on improving sales strategies and client relations.
- Keep it Fresh – Stay ahead of the game with updates on IRS Fresh Start Programs and industry trends.
- Be the Go-To Leader – Offer ongoing support, guidance, and solutions to ensure every agent is set up for success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Superstar – Proven success in Tax Relief Sales with a history of crushing sales targets. (Minimum 1 year of Tax Relief Sales experience required!)
- IRS Fresh Start Expert – You know the ins and outs of tax relief programs.
- TI Process Savvy – Strong understanding of the Taxpayer Intake Process for tax relief clients.
- Logics CRM Whiz – Experience using and training on Logics CRM to optimize sales efforts.
- Trainer Extraordinaire – Ability to coach, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Communication Guru – You can break down complex tax concepts into engaging, digestible lessons.
- Analytical Mindset – You track, measure, and adapt strategies based on performance data.
