We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled International Project Manager to oversee and manage complex projects across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing international projects, particularly in non-standard industries such as welding assembly, powertrain, or component manufacturing. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients across different regions. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management :
- Take full ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and overall project budgets.
- Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion.
- Resource Coordination :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Client Engagement :
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
- Ensure projects achieve all milestones on time and within scope.
- Documentation and Reporting :
