Duties
- Supervise and manage a team of canvassers, providing guidance and support to achieve outreach goals.

- Train new team members on canvassing techniques, customer service skills, and effective communication methods.
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing as needed to lead by example and maintain personal engagement with the community.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential supporters and gather feedback on initiatives.
- Negotiate partnerships with local organizations to enhance outreach efforts.
- Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and conducting regular evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines during canvassing activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual candidates are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse populations.
- Experience in electioneering or political campaigns is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate messages clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to market initiatives effectively while adapting strategies based on audience feedback.
- Previous experience supervising teams is advantageous, showcasing leadership capabilities.
