Maintenance Lead

Saxon Aerospace is currently hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Lead for a growing manufacturing company in the North Puget Sound region.

As a Maintenance Lead, you will provide guidance and specialized skill support to Maintenance & Automation Technicians and ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently and effectively.

Manufacturing Maintenance Lead Duties and Responsibilities:

• Repair, troubleshoot, and document mechanical and electrical components of manufacturing machinery and robotic equipment.
• Oversee a team of maintenance technicians striving for plant excellence
• Be a hands-on leader while assisting in the completion of the PM program as well as the troubleshooting, repair and general maintenance work on the facilities, equipment and grounds.
• Ensure all state and federal regulations are met and maintained, and perform corrective actions for all equipment efficiency
• Guarantee all maintenance work is compliant with company policies and procedures
• Provide support to production teams as needed to achieve facility production goals.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 1 years’ experience as a lead or trainer in an automated manufacturing environment
• 5 years’ experience in manufacturing machine maintenance
• Experience improving and streamlining manufacturing or industrial machining processes
• Hands-on experience with Pneumatics, Electrical systems, Mechanical systems, and Programmed Logic Controls (PLCs)

Pay: $35-$65 per hour
