Maintenance Planner

Saxon Aerospace is currently hiring a Maintenance Planner for a rapidly growing manufacturing company in the Skagit Valley region.

As the Maintenance Planner, you will strategically plan and schedule maintenance activities within the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Creating preventative maintenance plans and schedules based on equipment criticality, manufacturer recommendations, and historical data
• Generating and prioritizing work orders for both preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
• Identifying and ordering necessary spare parts to ensure timely repairs
• Calculating labor and material costs associated with maintenance activities
• Monitoring equipment performance through data analysis to identify potential issues and prioritize maintenance needs
• Coordinating with maintenance technicians, operations personnel, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities
• Utilizing computerized maintenance management systems to track maintenance tasks, record equipment history, and generate reports
• Tracking key maintenance metrics like equipment uptime, repair cycle time, and maintenance costs

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience as a planner in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes
• Experience with CMMS management

Salary: $75,000-$82,000
