Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a detailed and thorough individual to join the research and development team as a technician. In this position, you will coordinate the transfer of raw material specifications and finished goods specifications and formulas into the appropriate format that allows the smooth transition of these items into USANA’s operations.
What You Will Do as USANA’s Research and Development Technician
- Develop, revise, and approve raw material specifications
- Establish and maintain finished tablet specifications
- Create and update food product specifications
- Author, revise, and approve Batch Production Records (BPRs) for tablets and packaging
- Develop, revise, and validate analytical method procedures
What Will Make You Standout
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, microbiology, or equivalent field preferred
- Must exhibit proficiency in basic lab skills and laboratory safety practices
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure
