Description
Client Relations & Administrative Support:
Assisting in onboarding new clients in our EHR system
Coordinating intake documents for new clients
Handling incoming referrals and phone calls for new clients
Responding to secure text messages from clients
Email and Calendar Coordination:
Monitoring and responding to business emails
Scheduling and rescheduling client appointments
Updating and maintaining business contact database
Office Housekeeping:
Ensuring the office is clean and organized (sweep, dust, vacuum as needed)
Stocking office supplies and maintaining inventory
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients
Effective organization and time management abilities
Clean background check
Understanding of HIPAA laws and compliance
