Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and visionary School Principal to lead our educational institution. As the School Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of school operations, including academic programs, staff management, and community engagement.

Duties

• Supervise and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and student achievement.
• Implement strategic planning initiatives that align with the school's mission and vision.
• Foster a positive school culture that promotes student engagement, respect, and inclusivity.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop policies and procedures that enhance educational outcomes.
• Engage with students, parents, and the community to build strong relationships and support for the school.
• Monitor classroom activities to ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
• Lead professional development opportunities for staff to enhance teaching practices.

Experience

• Proven experience in education administration or a related field is essential.
• Strong background in supervising staff and managing classroom environments effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and budgeting processes within an educational setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
