Job Summary :
This role involves providing financial and reimbursement analysis to the Revenue Cycle Manager. The responsibilities include conducting ongoing budget and reimbursement reviews for each clinical department to identify potential revenue opportunities. Additionally, the role involves managing various projects to improve group billing practices. The Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for delivering customer-focused reporting and analytical services to management and staff, and collaborating with the analytics team to develop and maintain processes and tools for measuring performance. The Analyst also manages, coordinates, and implements initiatives to enhance revenue management and ensure the overall efficiency of revenue cycle processes. Furthermore, this position involves working closely with administrators, physicians, and other leaders to investigate and design strategic initiatives aimed at improving revenue cycle metrics and outcomes.

Work Experience and Additional Information
A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in health care in a multi-specialty or academic practice plan environment with financial and reimbursement analysis and familiarity with wRVUs. Strong background in CPT-4, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding conventions. At least two years of experience as a revenue cycle analyst with revenue cycle data analysis and interpretation knowledge. Direct working experience with clinical databases, reporting, and data visualization tools is required. 4 additional years of experience may be applied to meet the Bachelor's degree requirement.
