Metal Technical Group – Roll Forming Design
Pay Rate : $36.85- $43.20 Hourly
Role & Responsibilities :
- Work with Tool and Die Makers, and Production Teams to improve reliability and quality of the existing roll form tooling.
- Assist with the rollout of new products from a technical resource for Roll Form Manufacturing.
- Assist with Development of Roll Forming tooling and associated accessories.
- Assist with capital development on roll forming operations.
- Prioritize process improvement based on impact to the organization.
- Work with plant management on existing tooling and line capabilites to launch new products.
- Researches and identifies fiscally sound potential projects and then uses established leadership skills to build, develop and lead teams to execute a solution for the project.
- Long term growth opportunities to join Technical team in a number of different roles.
- Assist the production and maintenance teams in roll forming equipment setup and maintenance.
- Work with production team on development of training program to ensure operator skills are developed and maintained.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
