Job Title : Production Operator (Quality Tester) – Sweetwater, Texas
Role & Responsibilities :
- Adhere to all safety / housekeeping requirements within a plant quality lab setting.
- Performance of various quality testing tasks in factory environment.
- Must be willing and able to learn testing duties from instruction and self-study, including the ability to recognize and respond to test trends.
- Possess basic communication and problem-solving skills.
- Recording of quality data and other results in the manner required.
- Expected to take an active role in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as required by supervision.
- Adaptable to scheduling requirements including shiftwork, assignment of overtime, working weekends, etc. where applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Hourly Salary : $25.60
Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
