Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
- Conduct surveillance using security systems to prevent loss and theft.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed to maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security and conflict management (preferred but not required)
- 1 year experience in customer service
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
