Various Other Full and Part-Time positions are available with starting pay at $19-$22 per hour and ABOVE.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests or residents as they enter the premises.
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing traffic, including vehicles, visitors, and deliveries.
- Manage access control systems, ensuring only authorized personnel are granted access.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, including medical situations, fires, or criminal activity.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks and suspicious activity.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related incidents and activities.
- Collaborate with other security personnel, law enforcement, and emergency services to ensure a cohesive response to security incidents.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, representing the company and its values in a positive light.
Necessary Skills:

- Excellent Defensive Driving skills
Physical Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods and walk extensive distances.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service orientation to provide excellent service and enhance guest experience
- Valid security guard certification and/or license required by local regulations
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
- 1 year Security experience
- Valid Driver's License
- US Work authorization
- Reliable Transportation
- Eligible to receive a license Guard Card
- Successful Background Check (including a drug screen)
- Fluent in English (Bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work nights & weekends
- Presentable and with Clean and natural hair color
- With 1 year or more experience in Vehicle Patrol
- Has a clean driving record with the DMV
