Responsibilities
- Co-work with all business partners
- Oversee and manage business webpage and social media accounts
- Manage course registrations
- Process all member orders
- Collections of past due membership accounts
- Maintain and Analyze all Data
- Business research and reporting
- Maintain business social media accounts
- Personal Assistant to business owner when needed
- Assist CEO with all matters including personal home and family concerns
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in office administration and management preferred
- Phone Sales and Collections
- Advanced Knowledge in MS Excel (required)
- Critical Thinking / Problem Solving skills
- Professional work ethic and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
