What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at William A. Jackson & Company, CPAs?
This is a full-time position as an Office Administrator.
- Manage client engagements including job creation.
-Process staff time reports and present to owner CPA for review and approval.
-Responsible for billing, collecting and posting of payment receipts.
-Handle vendor payments.
- Prepare engagement letters and administer Audits, Reviews and Compiled Financial Statements.
-Schedule and reschedule appointments.
- Assist the owner with other duties including the processing of tax returns, filing tax return extensions , e-filing tax returns and responding to client tax notices.
- Support the separate Registered Investment Advisory practice along with the CPA firm.
-Compile investment advisory agreements for clients and applications for client investment accounts.
-Facilitate the movement of money and maintain and monitor client files.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
