Schedule is Monday - Friday 2:45pm to 11pm
- Direct and coordinate production operations, activities and maintaining record of production numbers.
- Responsible for all scheduling of production personnel including schedule and conduct shift meetings and communicate with personnel from other shifts.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP's)
- Oversee production supervisors to ensure they are operating within accordance of plant policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations, progress meetings, and disciplinary actions.
- Responsible for establishing training and procedures for production personnel and ensure all personnel are well-trained and motivated.
- Establish and maintain production interdepartmental relations.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience with directing production operations. This is normally acquired by 5 to 7 years of production experience which includes supervisory responsibility.
- Advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of ADP timekeeping system.
