As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you're responsible for proactive, strategic sourcing of highly qualified candidates across all business units. The role includes establishing and implementing recruitment strategies that foster the organization’s success, growth, and people development. Secondary responsibilities include planning and facilitating interviews for all positions, traveling to college campuses to recruit at career fairs, conducting in-person interviews, and providing job offers and onboarding new hires.
