What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Operations Associate position at USLI?
USLI is a Berkshire Hathaway property and casualty insurance company that provides free education to our employees and their family via virtual and on-site live classes. This effort is facilitated by the USLI University Team. USLI University facilitates courses on various topics including insurance, leadership, powers skills, sales, health and wellness, and so much more. We offer over 700 sessions each year through our Learning Management System and are looking for a person to join the team that facilities the behind-the-scenes operations that make USLI University come alive.
We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills and wants to be a part of a creative and growing team. Strong communication and technical skills are necessary for success in this role as you will work within a team to coordinate and execute the operational needs of USLI University, which services both our community members (People’s College) and our customers (Customer’s College).
You will be a part of a larger Operations/ Personal Development team, where our goal is to provide the best experience possible to our community members and make them feel like our number one asset. The Operations/ Personal Development team includes Design, Facilities, Community Spirit, Corporate Events, Corporate Communications, Video Production, Recruiting, Reception, Fitness, Health and Wellness and our USLI University. You will be on a team that owns many of the cultural and people-oriented initiatives, and you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with us!
