Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives at USM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in all marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantages.
- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders, making data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Develop and execute innovative customer appreciation events that enhance brand loyalty and create memorable experiences for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing or similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- B2B Marketing experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design and simple video editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive Microsoft Suite knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills, customer service, and multi-tasking ability required
