Job Summary
Adjunct faculty members facilitate students’ achievement of course objectives and competencies as determined by the program. Adjuncts may teach a variety of criminal justice courses, including but not limited to “Intro. to Criminal Investigations” or “Ethics” as needed by the program.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face, interactive video, or online course delivery and instruction
- Prepare and submit syllabi, grades, and other required course documentation in a timely manner
- Communicate course requirements and expectations to students
- Assist students with course material as necessary, potentially outside of class time
- Performs other duties as assigned
