Applications for Adjunct Faculty will be accepted on an ongoing basis and will be reviewed as needed. The letter should summarize academic preparation, professional experience, and any teaching experience.

Job Summary
Adjunct faculty members facilitate students’ achievement of course objectives and competencies as determined by the program. Adjuncts may teach a variety of criminal justice courses, as needed by the program.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face, interactive video, or online course delivery and instruction of assigned classes.
- Prepare and submit syllabi, grades, assessment data, and other required course documentation in a timely manner.
- Communicate course requirements and expectations to students
- Assist students with course material as necessary, potentially outside of class time.
- Be available to students through office hours (face to face or virtual).
- Be responsive to students, director, and staff via USM email.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
