Job Summary
This position will perform and/or oversee a variety
of administrative, fiscal, and planning activities that require
knowledge of record-keeping, budgeting, and use of spreadsheets. This position supports the administrative team of the CCD in meeting the operational
and licensing requirements of the school. This position will work 20 hours per
week and will include benefits.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains ProCare software to track staff and student hours, center enrollment and attendance, and bi-weekly payroll.
- Maintains the waiting list child information binders, including 121 forms; and student folders.
- Assists with front-desk duties, including but not limited to, phone calls and communications with families, students, the School of CFS (SCFS), as well as Aramark for daily meal counts; mailouts and collecting mail/packages from the USM post office; prepares CCD communications including tuition notices, and other pertinent information; and supervises student workers/work-study students and Lab students.
- Prepares and maintains necessary University requirements including requisitions, work orders, purchase orders, interdepartmental invoices, personnel action forms, travel vouchers, large purchasing, Resolve, etc., as well as financial processes for CCD and SCFS budget.
- Processes child care tuition and deposits.
- Provides support to the administrative team of the CCD.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
