Job Summary
Serves as a temporary, full-time informal assistant for K-12 summer camp students. Assistant counselors help summer camp counselors be an integral part of the summer camp instructional planning and implementation process.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall safety of all students within the group.
- Prepare necessary supplies and materials for each day’s activities.
- Cleaning and reorganizing materials and classrooms used by groups during the day.
- Must have a knowledge of all weekly activities and assist in the execution of daily activities in the classroom and while on off-campus field trips.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
