Account Representative-Operations Team individuals are responsible for helping to match shipments with trucks and overseeing those trucks throughout the lifecycle of the shipment. Account Representative-Operations Team individuals will provide account management and customer service to Alliance Highway Capacity’s clients. Account Representative-Operations Team individuals will collaborate with sales when required as well as carrier sales to confirm coverage on all shipments. Account Representative-Operations Team individuals will utilize tracking software to input tracking locations on all shipments.
