The Role
We seek an innovative and results-driven leader of digital product and design operations to lead and evolve the operational infrastructure supporting our Revenue Operations and Provider Sales teams. The Director of Digital Product Management will play a key role in driving the success of our sales enablement platforms across the comprehensive Provider Solutions organization. As a seasoned digital product manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices, governance policies, and processes to maximize the value of our learning. This role will also be accountable for creating the digital strategy that brings new capabilities and products to life in a coherent and unified user experience to ensure the provider sales teams are prepared to reach their performance goals of retention and sales growth. This role will advocate for the end user and understand their needs and desires ensuring stakeholder needs are aligned and drive towards company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and socializing the sales enablement digital vision and strategy for the holistic Provider organization
Provide a vision, framework, and standard that allow our sales talent to drive consistently positive and differentiated customer experiences across all Provider customer types, brands, and channels
Co-create and drive sales enablement training and coaching strategy across all sales enablement platforms, tools, and technologies
Continuously innovate digital customer engagement techniques to drive customer behavior and insights within Provider
Socialize dashboards for all levels of the organization to demonstrate the effectiveness and ROI of digital initiatives, including sales rep sell-through performance

Aid and assist in the execution of digital collateral and content across all platforms
Partner with Analytics to establish capabilities and related KPIs that enable optimization of content and sales enablement tool performance
Utilize behavioral analytics and research to inform future design and functionality
Oversee the delivery and maintenance of SaaS tools such as HighSpot LMS and Outreach.io
Lead the team in the translation of strategy into technical requirements (user stories, features) for implementation
Leverage insights informed by data, best practices, and technology to define and deliver impactful user experiences that drive leads and sales operational excellence
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Technical Proficiency and familiarity with tools such as Workfront, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and other relevant product and design platforms
Team Management
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing team fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Provide direction and oversight of the team.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management.
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9 years of professional experience and 1 years of supervisory and / or management experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or another related field
Critical Skills
9 years of experience in digital product or creative content leadership
Proven track record of developing and leading UX and digital strategies in a large-scale organization
Proven expertise in delivering digital customer experience solutions
Strong experience with current and emerging digital solutions
Financial awareness and budget management experience are essential
Additional Skills
Must have extensive knowledge of industry-leading Digital Sales Enablement platforms such as Highspot and Outreach.io
Strong understanding of compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements impacting digital platforms and marketing
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage within a deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver a dynamic digital sales enablement strategy
