We are actively interviewing qualified individuals to fill an open role in our Sales and Business Development Department. As a Business Development Trainee, you will provide customers with knowledge of telecommunications products that best meet their individual needs while adding value to their homes and delivering unmatched customer service and sales support.

The Business Development Trainee will plant the “sales seed” for positive business relationships and continued growth opportunities for our clients and the brands that we represent. Responsibilities of the Business Development Trainee :
- Educate potential customers on the advantages of staying connected with cutting-edge telecommunications services through consultative sales techniques and active listening skills
- Provide first-class service and sales support through follow-ups with interested customers
- Communicate with the management team to analyze and improve sales & outreach tactics
- Follow up with existing clients to drive referral business
- Attend continued sales training seminars and classes to learn up to date product knowledge
- Complete the training program by demonstrating the ability to promote advanced telecommunications solutions and expand the customer base
