Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Operations & Change Lead will be responsible for establishing and maintaining best-in-class operational processes across the full spectrum of talent acquisition, including Early, Mid, and Contingent hiring. This role will focus on continuous improvement, vendor and supplier management, technology enablement, and process redesign to optimize recruitment functions. The manager will work across multiple regions, ensuring local business needs are met while aligning with the global talent acquisition strategy and maintaining legal compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain high operational standards for talent acquisition across assigned regions. Ensure consistent processes, metrics, and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee recruitment process standards from requisition through to onboarding. Streamline and optimize processes to attract and hire top talent efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition delivery. Build and maintain strong partnerships, set expectations, and ensure best practice delivery. Optimize vendor relationships, technology platforms, and tools to enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to talent acquisition. Maintain both internal and external governance frameworks within the talent acquisition process.
- Support the ongoing enhancement of the talent acquisition function by identifying opportunities for process improvements. Leverage data and analytics to drive data-driven decisions and measure the impact of changes.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of talent acquisition processes, policies, and best practices. Ensure accessibility for internal stakeholders and use it as a resource for consistent execution and training.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with or within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment, with a strong understanding of managing outsourced relationships and performance metrics.
- Preferred: Six Sigma/Lean experience or thinking.
- Proficiency with Workday Recruit and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal qualities: Energy, drive, time management, and the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Experience with change management, project management, or process improvement work is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of permanent and contingent hire processes, policies, and legislation.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences throughout talent acquisition processes.
- Knowledge of operational talent acquisition best practices, including business assurance processes, policy management, and compliance.
- Proven experience working collaboratively to deliver change within talent acquisition functions.
- Well-developed customer and relationship management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide meaningful insights and drive change based on data.
