You Are:
UST is searching for CJA Lead who will be responsible for discovery, design and implementation of CJA requirements i.e. Creation of CJA Reports using dimensions, metrics & analyzing the insights generated.
The opportunity:
- Discovery, design and implementation of technology solutions using Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer and RT-CDP.
- Data management - Analyze the need of additional data OR reusing existing data present within CJA, as per the reporting requirement from the client.
- Report development - Create CJA Projects/Reports using various metrics, dimensions and various components including Filters & Calculated Metrics.
- Configuring s & exports. CJA Development - Lead (40%) - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and project managers.
- Lead the discovery, design and implementation of technology solutions using Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer and RT-CDP.
- Review the changes done by junior CJA developers. Mentor and guide junior team members in technology best practices.
- Technical issue resolution - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and guide the team for any blockers being faced.
- Helping team to understanding the client requirements and solutioning it for the Junior Developers
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
- Overall IT Experience of 6 years, with minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Understanding of Analytics Data Collection using some tag manager is must preferably experienced with Adobe Tag / Launch.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics - proficient with different types of AA report components, evars, props, events, segments.
- Experience with Adobe Web SDK, Understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer on high level, Adobe experience Platform Dataset, Query Service would be a plus.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation.
- Self-starter - Organized and highly motivated.
- Fast learner, ability to learn new technologies/languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Washington
Compensation Range: $98,000-$148,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
