The Opportunity
Education and Experience:
Aliso Viejo, CA 92656
(Unanticipated Client Site throughout the US)
Compensation Range: $101,130.00 to $140,000.00 per year; 40 hours per week: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue up to 16 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses. Certain regular employees may have the potential for quarterly incentive-based bonuses and or commissions depending on role. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

UST is seeking an Consultant I for full-time employment
The Opportunity
- Support various initiatives in requirements definition, documentation of current and future state business capabilities, process development, process flows, training, and internal/external communications.
- Design performance feedback systems to assess the resolution of business process deficiencies and install appropriate controls.
- Prepare reports that identify issues and provide issue resolution;
- Support and participate in system testing and requirements gathering related to operational readiness updates based on system enhancements, software releases and ad hoc request;
- Consult, develop and ensure compliance in the use of competitive production and performance standards.
- Possess and maintain an extensive comprehensive knowledge of business, products, programs (including provider data, networks, etc.), corporate organizational structure, including functional responsibilities, and basis research principles/methodologies.
- Perform process verification/validation audits and present finds and actionable recommendations.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS (Management Information System), CIS (Computer Information Systems), Engineering - any branch or a related field of study; and
- Two (2) Years of Experience as Consultant I or related occupation.
- The Two (2) Years of experience in the job or related occupation required must have experience in skills - Power Bl and Tableau.
- The employer will accept a foreign education equivalent to a bachelor's degree as determined by a qualified credential evaluation service.
- Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S. Travel/relocation to various unanticipated worksites within the United States is required. International travel is not required. Exact worksite location and frequency of travel cannot be predicted as it may vary/change depending on project availability.
