The Role
Develops the process for incorporating influencers into year-round social content strategy and supports cross-functional teams by seamlessly leveraging influencers for storytelling and campaigns .
- Develops process for incorporating influencers into year-round social content strategy across USTA and US Open channels
- Creates year-round social media influencer content calendar in alignment with wider owned and operated social media content calendar
- Supports cross-functional teams in leveraging influencers for campaigns
- Maintains communication with active influencer roster, sourcing new influencers as necessary
- Works with agency partner(s) on execution of supported influencer campaigns
- Collaborates with paid social and analytics on content amplification and reporting
- Maintains understanding of influencer activations across platforms to develop multi-channel best practices
- Leverages influencer relationships to create high performing social media content
- Delivers an influencer program in alignment with key business objectives and campaigns to drive results that reach targeted and new audiences on various social platforms
- 6 years of experience in social media and/or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of building Influencer campaigns and working with content creators during the pre- and post-production phases of their process
- Content editing and creation skills utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Content Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, X, Facebook, and TikTok, as well as relevant listening and research SaaS tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Previous experience managing an agency partner to execute influencer campaigns
- Highly organized, excellent writing and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
- Approaches tasks and deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Commitment to teamwork through collaboration and positive, proactive communication
- This role is designated as “hybrid” which allows for time in the office as well as remote. This is not a fully remote position, aligned with the current USTA hybrid/flex policy.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
