What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Web Support Technician position at Usui International Corporation?
Primary Duties
- Responsible for improving company web-based resources and automations
- Design, develop and support a variety of application types utilizing HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, IIS
- Provide support using server scripting languages such as Python, or PowerShell
- Resolve IT support requests tickets with a high degree of customer service.
- Provide “Help Desk” support for pc and software issues (including peripherals like printers, copiers, bar code scanners, etc.)
- Troubleshoot Computer (hardware and software), Printers and Phones
- Research and Implement fixes for new issues and escalate issues with IT Team
- All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- Minimum of associate degree in information technology or related field experience
- IT related certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
- Experience in Object Oriented Languages, standard Interactive Development Environments (IDE’s), systems architecture, API’s and Web services
- Programming Languages: JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, PHP, HTML, CSS, SQL, PowerShell, etc.
- 1 years IT experience for a multi-location organization
- Available to travel overnight 25%
- Maintain positive attitude and good communications with all personnel.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and have own transportation.
