The program emphasizes ethics, humanities, and global / community health education while facilitating interprofessional community-engaged learning with partners in San Antonio, South Texas, and around the world so that tomorrow's healers can act with compassion and justice while developing their ability to appreciate, advocate for, and address the non-medical drivers of health.
