Under general supervision, responsible for providing oversight of the day-to-day operations by directing and coordinating the activities of one or more complex academic/educational programs. Facilitates and coordinates various academic activities, maintains records, databases, provides curriculum information, manages the application process and maintains documentation for continued accreditation. May work to assist the Program Director and serve as a resource for students/residents/fellows.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree degree in Education or related field is required.
Required Skills
Three (3) years related experience is required.

May work to assist the Program Director and serve as a resource for students/residents/fellows.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and coordination of all aspects of the assigned program(s), including application, interviewing, hiring and training processes.
- Assists in the recruitment of students/residents/fellows, coordinates contracts and appointments of students/residents/fellows which may include research and clinical credentialing.
- Ensures compliance with program regulations by coordinating visa requirements, licensure and credentialing for students/residents/fellows.
- Coordinates schedules and meetings for faculty mentors and visiting students including the preparation of itineraries, agendas, meeting minutes and technical support.
- Monitors program budgets and coordinates activities related to faculty research programs and assisting in development of activities and materials for the program.
- Manages all accreditation documentation to include institution and program reviews, site visits and other special events.
- Assist with marketing efforts for the program.
- Reviews and updates of annual handouts/manuals including recruitment materials, match materials, brochures, website, interview stationary, and orientation material.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Ability to generate standard and adhoc reports, and compose and prepare correspondence, forms, and fliers.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to serve as a resource to faculty, staff and students.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment and capable of self-direction with long periods of indirect supervision.
