The Senior Business Analyst in the Office of Information Technology (OIT) provides complex procedural guidance, process improvement recommendations, business requirements planning, system configuration management, application testing, quality control, and advanced reporting to user departments for specific application software used by departments, or the equivalent. The Senior Business Analyst will also perform advanced analysis of exception conditions, error processing, workflow efficiencies, for all software applications used by departments that they support. This role will also lead, mentor, and coach less experienced business analysts as needed.
