The County Human Resources Office provides full Human Resource services including payroll and benefits for approximately 1,200 Utah County employees.

The Opportunity:
Under general guidance and direction of the Office Supervisor - Human Resources, provides administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations. Provides first-contact customer service and performs clerical and office support duties to expedite day-to-day operations of the Utah County Office of Human Resources Management. Incumbents at this level perform duties of considerable difficulty that require some independent judgment.
Starting Pay: Grade 717 $18.87 - $21.72 Hourly
Schedule: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday
Job Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Three (3) years of general clerical support and/or customer service work experience.
3. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.

Preferred Candidates will possess some of the below attributes:
1. Preference may be given to applicants with experience in an HR office environment.
2. Preference may be given to applicants who have a documented typing speed at or above the rate of thirty-five (35) WPM net.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
1. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and obtain a valid State of Utah driver’s license within sixty (60) days of employment.
