Description :
The Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of Utah Hockey Club marketing initiatives. This position will support larger organizational efforts including ticketing, corporate partnerships, community relations, and public relations. This position will also assume primary responsibility for Utah Hockey Club media strategy and placement.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in creating the vision, strategy, and execution of the annual marketing plan.
- Act as primary liaison between assigned departments and the marketing department to support departmental goals, projects, and overall objectives.
- Responsible for developing annual advertising strategy, working with agency partners to execute that strategy, and reporting on performance.
- Engage and expand the fan base by executing consumer promotions, event planning, and facilitating the creation of persuasive marketing materials.
- Support the Fan Development department in their efforts to grow the sport of hockey in Utah.
- Manage and fulfill internal and external print projects.
- Act as project lead for various marketing, community relations, and public relations initiatives.
- Manage the NHL approval process and establish relationships with the league and other franchise counterparts.
- Support the building of a diverse culture that enriches the lives of our employees, customers, partners, and communities.
