Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing front desk responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
· Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
· Answer and direct a high volume of phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
· Reach out to current and potential clients for appointments and reminders.
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys and office staff.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
· Maintain a clean and organized reception and conference room area.
· Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and emailing documents.
· Ensure confidentiality of all client and firm information.
Requirements
· Fluency in English and Spanish
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Word, Adobe, Gmail preferred.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
