CRM Coordinator

The CRM Administrator will manage and enhance our Salesforce platform, with a focus on assisting the ticketing and sponsorship departments to support their sales and marketing campaigns, as well as collaborating with other departments and stakeholders on any additional CRM needs. You will be responsible for using the Salesforce platform to collect, analyze, and report on customer data, as well as provide insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce, managing automation, and ensuring the CRM system supports the specific needs of these departments. Your role will involve optimizing processes, managing data, and providing critical insights to drive revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

• Serves as the primary Salesforce administrator and maintains customer records, profiles, and segments.
• Provides day-to-day support to Salesforce users in the ticketing and sponsorship departments and assists in resolving issues and troubleshooting problems.
• Creates and manages reports and dashboards specific to ticketing sales performance and sponsorship activities.
• Monitors and optimizes sales pipelines, providing insights to improve sales and marketing campaigns.
• Identifies and implements automation to enhance revenue and efficiency
• Stays updated on the latest CRM and Salesforce trends and best practices and collaborates with stakeholders to define and shape CRM strategy
• Other duties as assigned.
