What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Position position at Utah Surgical?
We are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist for our highly skilled and fast-paced General Surgeons office in St. George, Utah
Prerequisites:
-Be available Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm & Friday 8:30am to 12:00pm
-Great phone and in-person etiquette
-Happy and positive personality
-Well organized
-Ability to make proactive autonomous decisions
-Ability to adapt, multi-task and support co-workers to ensure a cohesive patient experience
-Experience utilizing various software (ex: Excel, Word, Electronic Medical Records, etc)
Job duties (include but are not limited to):
-Answering phones promptly and professionally
-Schedule and prepare clinic appointments
-Accurately input
-Greet patients as they come into the clinic
-Take payments from patients over the phone and in office
-Communicate with other provider offices and hospitals
Preferences (preferred but not required):
-Bilingual (English and Spanish)
-Previous experience working in a medical practice
