What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front desk receptionist position at Utah Surgical?
We are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist for our highly skilled and fast-paced General Surgeons office in Cedar City, Utah
Prerequisites :
- Be available Monday through Thursday 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm
- Great phone and in-person etiquette
- Happy and positive personality
- Well organized
- Ability to make proactive autonomous decisions
- Experience utilizing various software (ex : Excel, Word, Electronic Medical Records, etc)
Job duties (include but are not limited to) :
- Answering phones promptly and professionally
- Schedule and prepare clinic appointments
- Accurately input
- Greet patients as they come into the clinic
- Take payments from patients over the phone and in office
- Communicate with other provider offices and hospitals
Preferences (preferred but not required) :
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Previous experience working in a medical practice
