What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Liaison position at Utah Surgical?
Description:
We are looking for a creative, outgoing person to visit our referring offices each month to deliver an informational surgical card and gift for the office to help maintain our working relationship with each office. We pride ourselves in quality patient care and believe that it starts right from when a patient is referred to our office. We want to maintain an open relationship with our referring offices that trust us with their patients.
Prerequisites:
-Be available Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday during office hours once a month to make deliveries to referring offices
-Creative ability to produce projects autonomously
-Great in-person etiquette, not afraid to talk to people
-Happy and positive personality
-Well organized and have time management skills
-Ability to make proactive autonomous decisions
-Drivers License and reliable vehicle (you are reimbursed for mileage)
Job Duties:
-Create a surgical information card each month
-Create a gift each month, could be something for the office as a whole or individual
-Deliver card and gift while visiting referring offices each month
Job Type:
Part-Time 10-15 hours a week
Working from home when creating cards and gifts, with deliveries in St. George, Hurricane and Cedar City once a month
