What are the responsibilities and job description for the 21-402 Kuchu's Dishwasher position at Ute Mountain Casino Hotel?
Stewarding/Dishwasher team you are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes and silverware to be used by guests of casino/hotel, cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, and cleaning and sanitizing the dining room and banquet areas. This is a part-time position.
Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, kitchen equipment, dining rooms, and banquet areas
Maintain an upbeat and positive demeanor in all interactions as well as maintaining composure in handling difficult interactions
Comply with company regulations, policies, and procedures
Act as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same
Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned
Must have reading and writing skills sufficient to comprehend/complete a variety of documents
Ability to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending on identified needs of the company
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the kitchen and food service areas. Must be able to tolerate areas with temperatures in excess of 115 degrees near dish machine.
Must be able to use chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas.
Must be able to operate the dish machine.
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds. Must be able to push carts, pull, bend, stoop, and stack racks of dishes and silverware. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
