- Two plus years of proven field dispatch experience or relevant experience

- Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service rules
- Strong understanding of transportation; oilfield experience preferred
- Transportation management systems background is strongly preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to manage varied tasks at the same time
Duties:
- Receive and process service requests from clients, accurately gathering details and scheduling needs.
- Dispatch water trucks and drivers to assigned locations, optimizing routes and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with drivers, keeping them informed of job updates, route changes, and any potential challenges.
- Monitor driver activity and track the progress of water deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate dispatch logs and records, ensuring all service requests are documented effectively.
- Assist with customer service inquiries, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
