We handle everything from site design and engineering to rebate/grant paperwork, permitting, installation, inspection, and ongoing maintenance, we manage it all. Our most successful product line has been EVSE where we offer both Level 2 and Level 3 DC Fast Charging Stations, and we’ve built strong partnerships with top manufacturers like, ChargePoint, Zerova, ABB, BTC Power, AUTEL, Wallbox, and more.
In 2024 we tripled our growth. We’re a small and nimble team, eager to tackle one of the most prominent issues facing our planet today. Yet we’ve got the support of our sister company, Utilities One, which gives Energy5 nationwide capabilities and the ability to tackle any job from a mom-and-pop grocery store, up to hundreds of ports at a warehouse.
About the Role
Are you ready to own your own sales book, learn, and grow? All while making the planet cleaner for future generations? As an ENERGY5 Account Manager you will report to our Director of Sales and be focused on closing deals, not cold calling. You will have a dedicated funnel. We focus our sales efforts on small to medium commercial sites where there are strong rebates, meaning a significant portion of the work we quote is paid for through government or utility incentives. We are looking for individuals passionate about clean energy that have a proven track record of sales success.
Base Salary
• $50,000 - $70,000 starting salary based on experience.
Commission
• 3% of the total revenue for each deal closed
• Uncapped commissions
• Total compensation expected to be $130k-$160k in year 1

Required Experience
• 1-2 years of B2B/Commercial/Enterprise sales experience
• Demonstrated history of handling all aspects of the sales funnel and exceeding quotas
Preferred Experience
• Clean Energy (EVs, Solar, or Batteries) experience or interest
• Proficiency with managing a sales funnel and CRM tools
Work Environment/Physical Demands: Must have the ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time with or without accommodation.
